i need to lose like 60 pounds

i lost a ton of weight a couple years ago, but i dont want to have to resort to that jus to lose a few pounds.

im obese, im not gonna lie.

my BMI is prolly 80

i walk around and [censored], dont think im like 600 pounds or nothin [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

im 325 now
close to the fattest ive ever been
im 6'3 tho, so its not THAT gross haha

i need to be round 280 or so again
